| Certificate of Registration | Vehicles- Issued by GRA Vessels- Issued by MARAD |
| Certificate of Inspection | For vessels only, issued by MARAD |
| Petroleum Licence | For metal vessels only, issued by the Guyana Fire Service (GFS) |
| GNBS Certificate | For tankers and vessels with pump meters. |
| Revenue Licences | For vehicles, issued by GRA Huckster Licence issued by GRA, as required |
| Drivers’ or Captains’ Licences | To be submitted for each driver or captain of the vehicle or vessel |
| Certificate of Fitness | Vehicles only |
| Certificate of Insurance | Vehicles only |
| Tax Compliance Certificate | Tax Compliance Certificate issued by the Guyana Revenue Authority (GRA), if not a first-time applicant |
